The South West Faculty of Advanced Practice will be facilitating a series of webinars to discuss governance in Advanced Practice. Topics for these webinars come from the Governance Maturity Matrix and will support learning/sharing across eight monthly sessions, commencing with Business Cases in 11th November 2024.

Guest speakers from a range of organisations, including GP practices and NHS Trusts, will share how they have approached Advanced Practice Governance Maturity Matrix and incorporated it into their work. There will also be time for attendees to share and discuss enablers and challenges to implementing Advanced Practice governance in their workplace.

The South West Faculty for Advanced Practice support several networks of practice within the region. These groups are an opportunity for Advanced Practitioners and those interested in Advanced Practice in the region to connect with others in their scope of practice and share experiences, discuss challenges and build professional relationships. Below are a list of networks and signup links.   

This group meets virtually four times a year. Meetings are held quarterly at 09:00 on a Thursday.
