The ePortfolio (supported) Route has been designed to enable recognition of experienced advanced practitioners, working clinically in advanced practitioner roles. This route provides structure for the development of an ePortfolio, to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience in advanced practice. It also provides opportunity for practitioners to reflect on their learning and development, and to identify areas for further development.
Completing the ePortfolio (supported) Route is voluntary, in other words practitioners are under no obligation. The Centre for Advancing Practice has created this process for recognition of advanced practitioners for quality assurance purposes. It helps to ensure a consistent approach to recognising the experience, knowledge, and skills of experienced advanced practitioners.
This page supports those embarking on the ePortfolio (supported) Route. Below is a library of webinars, guides, forms, and examples to support development of a high quality portfolio.
Centre for Advancing Practice Portal
The Centre for Advancing Practice Portal is designed to provide a comprehensive platform for practitioners to build portfolio. It is an online portfolio that allows practitioners to store, organise, and share their education, training and experience with their education supervisor.
