The Faculty for Advancing Practice would like to invite expressions of interest from Advanced Clinical Practitioners working across community services to support the growth of advanced practice roles within community services.
The aim of this work will be for ACP Community Advisers to identify key stakeholders and enhance their knowledge of advanced practice roles, how they can transform community services and the preparation required to train an ACP in community. The ACP Community Adviser will also engage with education providers to support the development and enhancement of integrated content within advanced practice programmes.
The funding for this work is part of a national funding offer across England.
