HCPC webinar series on scope of practice and delegation at advanced levels of practice

Over the past few months, HCPC delivered a highly successful series of webinars designed to support experienced allied health professionals (AHPs) across UK sectors in optimising their scope of practice, supervising and delegating effectively, and meeting regulatory standards with confidence.

This initiative was delivered in partnership with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and NHS England, with support from UK professional bodies for AHPs. The sessions were tailored for HCPC and GOsC registrants working at, or progressing towards, advanced levels of practice, as well as managers and strategic leaders who support them.

The series featured four key topics:

• For managers:
  • Maximising your team’s potential through safe and effective delegation
  • Effectively managing practitioners working at advanced levels
